Dear Teachers,

Here, sharing the process for *applying for special duty* for Teachers (Participants) attending SALT FLN trainings.

Steps to apply for special duty for Attending FLN Trainings :

1. Open the ” *SIMS-AP School Attendance App* ”

2. Enter your login details

3. Open Leave Management and select ” *Apply for Special duty* ”

4. In the list of “Special duty type” ->Select *FLN Training*

5. Select the *Start Date* and *End date* of the training

5. Type the *Name of the venue* and click on apply.

This process provides attendance to the teachers attending the training.

Then you can mark your Facial attendance in the employee attendance

The *Pre-Test*, *Post-Test* and *Feedback* can be accessed in the *Gnana Prakash* module in the same app.

*Attendance* – to be submitted before the beginning of the session each day

*Pre-Test* – To be submitted on *Day 1*

*Post – Test* – To be submitted on *Day 6*

*Feedback* – To be submitted on *Day 6 after Post-test*
