Voluntary retirement: (voluntary retirement)
20 years for voluntary retirement Those who have completed the service must have a notice of appointment to the post office for 3 months.
➡ Voluntary Retirement Appointment As employee is healthy, a certificate of Civil Surgeons should be presented as eligible for Duty.
➡ sickness, except for any leave leave for higher education, is not considered as any other vacation leave.
➡ The officer should retire after the optional retirement is granted.
➡ gratuity is only 20 yrs Family pension and commutation facilities are available.

➡ Voluntary retirement (for other reasons) does not apply compassion recruitment.
➡ Voluntary retirement does not require medical tests.
➡ 20 years The volunteer retirement employee is still 5 yrs. If the service is beyond 5 yrs. The weightage is combined .5 m. If the service within the service is only a period of service weightage is added. Pension is calculated on the basis of this.
వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్:(స్వచ్ఛంద పదవీ విరమణ)
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ కొరకు 20 సం॥ అర్హత గల సర్వీసు పూర్తి చేసినవారు 3 నెలల ముందుగా తానున్న పోస్టుకు నియామకము చేయు అధికారికి నోటీసు ఇవ్వాలి.
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ అనుమతికై ఉద్యోగి ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నట్టు, డ్యూటీ చేయుటకు అర్హత కలిగినట్లు ఇద్దరు వైద్యులచే (Civil Surgeons) సర్టిఫికెట్ సమర్పించాలి.
➡ అనారోగ్యం,ఉన్నత విద్యాభ్యాసమునకు పెట్టిన జీతనష్టపు సెలవు తప్ప,మరే ఇతర జీతనష్టపు సెలవు అర్హత గల సెలవుగా పరిగణించబడదు.
➡ అధికారి ఐచ్చిక రిటైర్మెంట్ కు అనుమతి ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత పదవీ విరమణ చేయాలి.
➡ గ్రాట్యూటీ మాత్రము 20 సం॥ వచ్చేదే ఇస్తారు.కుటుంబ పెన్షన్,కమ్యూటేషన్ సౌకర్యాలు ఉంటాయి.

➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ పొందువారికి (ఇతర కారణాలపై) కారుణ్య నియామక సౌకర్యం వర్తించదు.
➡ వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ కు వైద్య పరీక్షలు అవసరం లేదు.
➡ 20 సం॥ సర్వీసు కలిగి యుండి వాలంటరీ రిటైర్మెంట్ చేయు ఉద్యోగి ఇంకను 5 సం॥ మించి సర్వీసు ఉంటే 5 సం॥ వెయిటేజి కలుపుతారు.5 సం॥ లోపు సర్వీసు ఉంటే అంతకాలం మాత్రమే సర్వీసు వెయిటేజి కలుపుతారు.దాని ఆధారంగానే పెన్షన్ లెక్కిస్తారు.
