Attention of all the District Educational Officer in the State is invited to the reference cited, where in the Government issued quidelines to conduct al Mega Parent Teacher Meeting across all the Government schools in the State, including Residential Schools on the same day, to provide a platform for teachers. and parents to engage in meaningful dialogue focused on improving outcomes for each child vide reference 1st cited.
Further, vide reference 2nd cited, it is informed that the Government is decided to conduct first Mega Parent-Teacher meeting on 07-12-2024 and requested to take necessary action to ensure the participation of all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, donors, public representatives, partners, and alumni in this festival of education. As per the guidelines issued by the Government. various committees shall be constituted with specific roles and responsibilities. assigned to SMC members, staff, and students.
In view of the above, the District Educational Officers are requested to follow the instructions issued by the Government to arrange lunch to the participants of Mega Parent-Teacher meeting on 07-12-2024
Hence they are instructed to issue the following instructions to all field functionaries:
Mid Day Meals Saturday Menu that is following in your District to be prepared and served to all School Students and Participants (Parents, SMC members & Donors/invitees etc.,) on 07-12-2024,
No need to provide any extra items with Meal.
Steps to be taken to maintain hygiene at lunch area. Arrange lunch in a lineup manner with Students, parents, donors and other guests.
Care to be taken that safe drinking water is available throughout the day of Parent Teachers Meeting.
Arrange necessary hand washing area to washing hands before and after having lunch duly maintaining cleanliness..
Cooking agency to be maintained necessary hygienic measures at cooking area and while cooking and serving the meals and they must wear gloves, head caps, and over coats.
All Concerned Head Masters to arrive a tentative number of participants are going to attend for the parent teacher meeting on 07-12-2024 in advance and issue instructions to the concerned cooking agency working in the school to make necessary arrangements of all ingredients accordingly.
Head Masters to verify the availability of Fortified Rice for the preparation of meals to the estimated participants in advance. If any shortage of rice is identified they shall approach the nearby Fair Price shops(FP shops) for arrangement of required Rice and the same may be adjusted in the nextspell of Rice indent.
Provision will be given to the Head Master to enter the details of number of participants attended and meals taken in the Parent Teachers Meeting on 07-12-2024 in IMMS app from Mega PTM screen.
Head Masters shall confirm the Cooking Cost bill for the number of participants attended to the Parent Teachers Meeting on 07-12-2024 as per bill process schedule and unit cost.

విద్యార్థులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు, దాతలు మరియు ఇతర అతిథులతో లైనప్ పద్ధతి. రోజంతా సురక్షితమైన తాగునీరు అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి.
మధ్యాహ్న భోజనానికి ముందు మరియు తరువాత పరిశుభ్రతను కాపాడుతూ చేతులు కడుక్కోవడానికి అవసరమైన హ్యాండ్ వాష్ ఏరియాను ఏర్పాటు చేయండి.
వంట చేసే ప్రదేశంలో మరియు భోజనం వండేటప్పుడు మరియు వడ్డించేటపుడు వంట ఏజెన్సీ అవసరమైన పరిశుభ్రత చర్యలను నిర్వహించాలి మరియు వారు తప్పనిసరిగా చేతి తొడుగులు, తల టోపీలు మరియు కోట్‌లను ధరించాలి.
07-12-2024న జరిగే పేరెంట్ టీచర్ మీటింగ్‌కు ముందుగానే హాజరు కావాలని మరియు పాఠశాలలో పని చేస్తున్న సంబంధిత వంట ఏజెన్సీకి తదనుగుణంగా అన్ని పదార్థాలను అవసరమైన ఏర్పాట్లను చేయడానికి సూచనలను జారీచేయాలి.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to take all necessary steps to conduct the Mega Parent Teachers Meeting on 07-12-2024 in successful manner with close and continuous monitoring the necessary arrangements at all levels.
Any deviation in the matter it will be viewed seriously.
