All the RJDSE,DEOs and APCs in the state are hereby informed to conduct school complex training at the complex level without any deviation and ensure 100% attendance in all school complexes.

Don’ts in the Complex Trainings:

 

  • No Union Meeting Discussions
  • No Discussions on service matter, No personnel discussions
  • No felicitation activities like transfers, promotions, no meeting with shawls and garland
  • No personnel parties, birthday parties, no visits, no site seeing programmes

1. Introduction to Multiple Choice Questions:

The objective of the “Introduction to Multiple Choice Questions” video is to introduce teachers to the Multiple-choice questions componets and it’s advatages. By the end of the video, teachers should be able to explain the special advantages of MCQs, identify the components of an MCQ, and describe the different types of MCQs. The video also aims to highlight the purpose of assessment, the selection of question formats, and the significance of well-written MCQs. The video is also aims to equip teachers with the knowledge necessary to effectively use and create MCQs for assessments

2. Cognitive Dimension of a Test Item:

The video module ” Cognitive Dimension of a Test Item ” is designed to help teachers to define cognitive skills and recognize their role in assessment. Teachers will also learn that integrating cognitive skills into classroom instruction allows students to engage with concepts authentically and apply their learning outside the classroom. The video will highlight the importance of cognitive skills in assessment, as students draw on these skills to answer test questions. The video will emphasize the need to align assessment with the cognitive skills outlined in the curriculum framework to accurately measure student competency.

3. Bloom’s Taxonomy as a Framework for Cognitive Skills:

The “Bloom’s taxonomy as a framework for cognitive skills” video module is designed to help teachers will learn about cognitive skills, the role of cognitive skills in assessment, Bloom’s taxonomy, and Bloom’s taxonomy for cognitive skills. By the end of this video, teachers will be able to recognize the role of cognitive skills in assessment, use Bloom’s taxonomy as a framework for cognitive skills, and define the cognitive skills within Bloom’s Taxonomy. By examining examples and exploring the continuum of cognitive processes, Teacher’s will develop a deeper understanding of how to apply cognitive skills in assessment design.
