It Is hereby informed that, the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May 2024 were held from 24.05.2024 to 01.06.2024 and the results were declared on 26.06.2024 and the Short Memos (Memorandum of Subject wise Marks) will be made available in the website from 29.06.2024.
The Head masters of the schools can download the “Memorandum of Subject Wise Performance” using their school login credentials and handover the signed copies of the same to the students of their concerned schools.
Any corrections identified by the Head Master or Parents in the Short Memos shall be brought to the notice of the Office of Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada to effect the corrections in the Original Pass Certificates.
Hence, the Head Masters of all the Schools are hereby instructed to furnish the required corrections if any:
a) Evidence of School Records duly attaching to the Nominal Roll
b) A Copy of Short Memo (Memorandum of Subject wise Marks) attested by the Head Master
The above said documents shall be sent to the Office of Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada on or before 06.07.2024

- Click on SSC ASE Examinations 2024 – School Wise Memorandum or click on the direct login link given in the last
- Enter User and Password
- Click on Confirm School UDISE Code
- Click on MAY – 2024 SCHOOL WISE RESULTS
- Click on Student Roll Number
- Now SSC Short marks Memo Opened
- Click on print
- Take print or save to your PC
